Best car service around! The chauffeur picked us up in the snow on time when we had to be at the airport at 530am. Got us to the airport on time during hazardous road conditions. He was very professional and prompt. When getting picked up from the airport, the next chauffeur was just as great. I highly recommend this service to anyone that needs a car to get to and from where they are going! I will always use ECLS! Cars are very clean and the bottles of water are a great touch. Anyone who doesn't use this company for transportation, has no idea what they're missing out on! The drivers always ask which route I prefer, which most companies don't do that and that's annoying. I got stuck in 90 mins of traffic with another company once before, bc I told him to go one way and he went another. Never had that problem with ECLS.
I have used EmpireCLS multiple times over the last six months on business trips to New York and Newark with flawless results. Car services are a dime a dozen in NY, but Empire stands above the rest.

I have used Empire CLS thru my company KPMG and find their drivers to be rude and unprofessional, the last driver that picked me up from JFK airport SMELLED and got stuck in traffic even after I told him to take an alternate route. Plus the drivers never help me with my luggage and are always late to pick me up at JfK and LaGuardia airports. If my employer wasn't paying for this car service I would never use them !
