I had been in contact with another car service company before for months but that company was 1) super unresponsive -- it would take me days/weeks before I could get a response and 2) unwilling to bend/negotiate with me on their terms.
I received a response in a matter of minutes from Top Fleet. I was able to speak to a rep (Ryan) immediately, and he helped tailor a deal that fit exactly what we needed -- got it all done in one phone call! I've used Top Fleet a few times and have always had great service! Last weekend we got a party bus to get back to the city from a concert
at Allstate Arena. The weather was absolutely awful and pouring rain. The driver went above and beyond and picked us at a location where we would not get wet and had an umbrella for us to use to stay dry.
The party bus was very clean and to be
honest was maybe the best part of the night (after seeing The Chainsmokers). The driver was very accommodating and he even made a couple extra stops to let people off at a different location than our original planned destination. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Tom Fleet Inc to all my friends!
Wow!! I have used them for years and decided to write a review finally. Today we just completed our trip and Jacques was our driver to and from the airport. His attention to detail and ability to go the extra mile is second to none. I want to request him every time now. But I have also needed to have special requests and Ryan and top fleet have always come through. I have used a lot of different companies in the past but will not use anyone but top fleet moving forward. Thank you Ryan and Jacques.
