Dream Shuttles Denver Party Bus

Dream Shuttle is a great way to get to/from Red Rocks!

I recently took Dream Shuttles through a safe ride program to a sold out Red Rocks show on a Sunday night. The bus was stocked with water, mixer, cups, and other drinks to enjoy on the way up. We were able to connect to the blue tooth and have music bumping all of the way up- and those speakers got loud! Our driver, Patrick, not only stopped at will call for us and showed us were we would need to pick the bus up after the concert, but he dropped us off at the top of the amphitheater so we could avoid the long lines. On top of that, the buses AC was cranking after the show, which was some welcome relief from the heat!

If you've ever been to a show at Red Rocks, you know how long you can be waiting in traffic to leave. Dream shuttles took that frustration and boredom out of the equation and let us party all the way back home. I'd definitely book them again!

Never again! We booked a shuttle for a friend's birthday only to have the shuttle arrive an hour late, not at all stocked (no drinks, ice, cups, etc. of any kind). There were tiles and linoleum loose on the floor and falling off the steps. Half the speakers were broken and screens didn't work. The entire shuttle was cheap, broken, and in poor condition.

The driver apologized and indicated that another bus broke down and they pulled this one out of repair (unfinished). We then had to stop at a gas station to buy drinks (and I kid you not, red solo cups - they provided nothing) - the first one was closed so we wasted another hour there. Drinks were supposed to be provided.

Most of the party (all but 3) left at the first stop out of pure embarrassment of even being on the bus. The door was cracked most of the ride - quiet and noisy. The ride was bumpy. We dismissed the bus later in the evening and opted to take an Uber home. I raised my concerns to the driver and indicated that I would follow-up with management before paying the final bill. He agreed and apologized for the ride (the driver himself was friendly and understanding).

Before I could even call the following day (a Sunday), I received an emailed Square receipt with my signature forged. I discussed with management who refused to budge and disputed the charge. The bank agreed and all was refunded, but this company fought it the entire way. The company has since threatened legal action. I would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere! Literally the worse party shuttle I've ever rented in my life, and an embarrassing experience having tried to arrange a fun birthday surprise for a good friend.
