Always prompt and courteous drivers, clean cars and constant communication so you never have to worry about the rides to and from. I never use any one else!
I may be a stickler for manners but when a limo picks you up for a "special occasion" don't you expect the driver to get out and open the door for you! STRIKE #1 He didn't open the door for any of the passengers! STRIKE # 2 When he refused to drive 50 yards in an empty parking lot to rescue one of the passengers from a port o potty in a downpour with lightening, then only did so after much pleading...STRIKE #3. Yeah the limo was pretty inside and we had fun but what a disappointment from the first impression.
