My experience isn't as a customer, but as a commuter. So, I'm driving home on March 10, 2017, around 4pm, and one of this company's vehicles is driving unsafely south on Hwy 29 near Napa. He's passing people using he shoulders, cutting people off, speeding, tailgating, making abrupt lane changes. Hopefully there wasn't anyone onboard. If they drive like this, I'd never use them. I'd fear for my life. No way would I ever recommend them.

Impressed! I hired a bus from Royal Coach for my wedding, and from start to finish the experience could not have gone better.
Here's why:
1) Quick, courteous feedback. My requests for information, making a reservation, and changes to that reservation were all easy and fast.
2) Easy cancellation. I reduced the reservation from two vehicles to one and the change was made quickly with no hassle, just ahead of the two-week cancellation deadline.
3) Fun, friendly service. I wasn't on the bus, but my wedding guests had a great time.
Thanks so much to the team at Royal for making the transportation not simply one less thing to worry about, but one more element of the wedding to be proud of. You're awesome!
