I am really surprised at why this company does not have a solid 5 stars. From the first phone call I made, my experience has been nothing but great. This was my first time dealing with this company and I strongly recommend them to any and every one!
For starters, I was originally booked with another Party Bus service. Eagle Eye Limo (which I strongly do not recommend). 3 days before my birthday party they called me telling me their party bus was down. They were nothing but problems and I booked 1 month ahead to avoid any issues and this stress. I was calling every company that came up desperate to find any last minute party bus for my party of 25 people. Everyone seemed to give me the "good luck" over the phone on how it Is prom weekend and I probably wont find anything so last minute. I felt defeated at this point, but then luckily my sister came through with Cloud 9. She told me she called to double check and spoke with Melinda and she confirmed that a brand new limo party bus was available. I called Melinda myself, because a part of me did not believe it since I was getting denied by everyone else and this was pretty last minute. Melinda was extremely helpful and kind on the phone, she emailed me promptly with all the paperwork I needed done in order to get everything situated. It was nothing but smooth sailing from there. Roland was our limo driver and he offered us such helpful and exceptional service as well.
it is safe to say that CLOUD9 saved my birthday party!!! It was a blessing in disguise that the other bus I originally booked was having issues because that company was so unprofessional. Even though I live further from cloud 9's services and have to pay extra for traveling fees, I will gladly do it again because they came through for me in a time when no one else did. Thank you for that cloud 9!!!!!!!
Used this place for my daughters birthday, they picked her up and she was so happy and surprised, they had music playing and everything..
This place is great, would definitely use them again and again..
If you have a party to attend or just wanna roll with the wife to dinner give these guys a call.. they are very professional but friendly at the same time..

A LITTLE HISTORY The Lincoln Town Car is a full-size luxury sedan that was sold by Lincoln from the 1981 to the 2011 model years. Some units have been converted into a stretch limousine; it was the most commonly used limousine and chauffeured car in the United States and Canada. The Town Car nameplate for the 4-door sedan was first introduced in 1959 to the Lincoln Continental Mark IV, and then to Mark V lineup, each as a top-of-the-line luxury 4-door sedan. The nameplate became a permanent part of the Continental lineup again in 1969, and beyond that year with special editions of the brand denoting its highest-trim interior package. In 1981, the Town Car became a stand-alone model in the Lincoln product line, superseding the Continental as the flagship for the Lincoln brand as well as for Ford Motor Company. Its large dimensions made it the largest car in production in North America. From 1997 to 2003, the Town Car was the longest car (but not the heaviest) built in the Western Hemisphere, measuring nearly 18 feet (5.49 m) in length for a standard Town Car and 18.5 feet (5.64 m) for an L Edition.
