Gave me a great deal for a party bus, also showed up an hour late after dodging all my phone calls, had to drive to meet driver because we were so late for our evening plans out! Lied to me 3-4 times about why he wasn't there on time. We had to give him all the directions to our destination because he doesn't have a GPS nor did he mapquest it. He resolved the issue by allowing us to name our price for the evenings rental, but we still did the drinking/driving in the end to get home. That was the whole point of hiring him in the first place to avoid that!
Rented a Penske truck with tow dolly and the owner stayed open past operating hours as well as providing a tutorial on hooking up the tow dolly. Made it simple and easy to drive away. Made us confident that we would reach our destination without any worries. These guys do know what they are doing and customer service was spot on.
8/21/2012, they over filled my oil and over inflated my tires. These guys don't know what they are doing. The owner (John) did try to make it right and sent me a gift card. I still don't trust this place anymore.
4/16/2014, they stripped out my drain plug and "fixed" it with a pan saver plug (look it up, not a long term solution). It was not until I contacted the owner that they agreed to replace it with a threaded insert. Still not the appropriate fix for a car with only 50k on it, these guys are hacks. Never again Conely!
Conley Auto is a great Brighton business and I like their service. I have had multiple vehicles serviced by John and each time I leave satisfied. His prices are reasonable for the work being done and if something is wrong with your car he will work with you to make it right. Sounds like Karl W. may have some "personal issues" with his experience that go beyond the norm. I have dealt directly with John and when I needed a loaner vehicle because Enterprise wanted to charge me an arm and a leg John was able to provide me with a great rental at a very affordable price. 4 Stars for Conley Auto!!!!
