We had a great experience with Preferred Limo! Our driver, Alex, was great! He was very friendly and professional. They are very open and clear about the pricing and it was easy to book the reservation online. They were also great with answering questions over the phone and through email. One note is that they do not allow you to eat in the car, but you can bring food with you to stop somewhere for a picnic. However, they did provide plenty of complimentary water! Based on my online research, this was the best deal I could find. I would use this service again for sure!
We had a lovely day and highly recommend Preferred. We were from out of town and arranged the limo as a surprise for my Mom's birthday during our visit. They were responsive to all emails/questions and the surprise went off without a hitch! I even had to change the pick up time at the last minute and the drive was right on time and took care of us the entire day.

The Chevy Suburban comes equipped with 2 air conditioner units, rear climate and audio and video controls, satellite radio, DVD, CD player, dark tinted windows and the ESV version for additional luggage storage that the typical sedan cannot provide.
