I had excellent service, and our driver, John Lopez, was professional, timely, friendly and warm. Based on my experience I would recommend this service.
Lately it the service/reliability has dropped off. My business has a corporate account and has had issues with the last 3 of 3 reservations.
The latest was last week. Had a reservation for 11:00OM, for which I received a confirmation email. However, the car hadn't arrived by 11:15 so I called to check status. Was told somehow the reso didn't hit their system and that they had no drivers available. They offered no solution (what about sending an Uber and covering the charge?). So, now 20 minutes after the car should have been at my house I was left scrambling to find a solution.
Nice people and good prices, but we are pulling our business.
We purchased the $120 for 4 hour limo ride on livingsocial for our napa trip. We had such a great time that we had to extend for another hour! Gratuity + fees was about $87 and each additional hour was $110 (everything included). Our driver, Sunny (?), was punctual and friendly. He took us to our destinations and was always ready whenever we called for pickup. Ernesto, the sales manager, was also easy to talk to when we had to book this trip. Everything went smoothly and I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any events!
They also had a bottle of sparkling wine for us in the limo =) They also give you a 15 minute grace period in case there's traffic so you don't get charged for a whole hour if you're 5 minutes late coming back. This was much fun and we hope to ride again with Limo 5 Star!

A LITTLE HISTORY The first automobile limousine, built in 1902, was designed so the driver sat outside under a covered compartment. The word limousineis derived from the name of the French region Limousin, because this covered compartment physically resembled the raised hood of the cloak worn by the shepherds there. An alternate etymology has the chauffeur wearing a Limousin-style cloak in the open driver’s compartment, for protection from the weather. The first “stretch limousine” was created in Fort Smith, Arkansas, around 1928 by a coach company named Armbruster. These cars were primarily used to transport famous “big band” leaders, such as Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman, and their bands and equipment. These early stretch limousines were often called “big band buses”. In 1916, the Society of Automobile Engineers defined a limousine as: “a closed car seating three to five inside, with driver’s seat outside.” A berline was defined as “a limousine having the driver’s seat entirely inclosed”, while a brougham was defined as “a limousine with no roof over the driver’s seat.” In German-speaking countries, a Limousine is simply a sedan, while a lengthened-wheelbase car is called Stretch-Limousine. Fits 3 People Comfortably. Powerfully smooth, classic luxury, and complete comfort are some of the terms used to describe the Town Car. What makes the LINCOLN Town Car so appealing is its combination of space and comfort, we use this a lot for our airport transportation runs. There’s plenty of leg, head, and elbowroom, and its trunk can probably contain a closet’s worth of clothes and shoes.
