I'm forced to assign a star. A COMPLETE LET DOWN! I called this morning for a cab. Other companies gave me an ETD of 45 to 60 minutes. This company gave me an ETA of 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called to check on my ride, and they say, you're next to be picked up. Another 40 minutes go by, I call again and the dispatcher explains that other callers are closer, so I have to understand. He assures me that the taxi will be there in 10 minutes. Needless to say they never showed. I was more than an hour late for work. I downloaded the Uber app, and a well-dressed man picked me and my children up. He even had a booster seat for my three year old. I won't ever call this company again. Don't let them waste your time.
I used this service to come home from the Hospital today. The car was a luxury car that had a really nice ride, good seats, springs, etc. The Driver was good too, no fast stops or jerkiness. I asked him if I could ask for him again. He said he was Mike, Car#100. He was cheaper than the ride to the hospital too. That bad review you can find under Philadelphia Coach which actually had 215 get a cab on the cab.
