Take note that under normal traffic, it takes around 30 minutes from the airport to downtown Chicago. It allows you to just sit comfortably until you reach your destination. Using trains and buses are no better. If you are in a group bus tour, it is even worse. It is even worse if you are on the trip and you need to move to another destination. This means that if you want a comfortable and safe trip in Chicago, you have to rent a limo service.
