The vehicles are used extensively as official state cars in several countries, including by the British, Danish and Swedish royal houses. The car is also commonly used in the wedding and hotel trades. It is a Jaguar vehicle for the most part including Jaguar styling and the Jaguar XJ-6 Motor.

The Vanden Plas Princess is a series of large luxury cars that were made by Austin and its subsidiary Vanden Plas from 1947 to 1968. The Princess is a larger limousine style vehicle. It features large, rear opening-style doors with a larger door opening with tons of leg room. It also has folding seats that accomodate 4-6 passengers. It also has sliding privacy glass between the chauffeur and passengers. This is our largest vintage car along with the Daimler DS420 Limousine.
