Requested a quote. Being over 2 hours from the airport I was hoping for an easy ride with my grandson instead of renting a car and driving myself. The quote came back quite reasonable, just $168, which is about double what it would have cost me to rent a car one way, so I booked it a week in advance and planned a $50 tip for the driver. The day before my flight I get another email for more than double the original price, $477. Too late to get a one way rental, I canceled the reservation and asked why the price hike. I was told that I was being charged from the time the driver left the garage until he returned after dropping me off at the airport. That just didn't make sense to me. I am sure Wynne will survive but I won't rebook and won't recommend either.
Driver was on time. Driver made quick lane changes and seemed to be in a hurry. Safety was not the primary concern. Driver could barely load our bags. Driver had problems locating baggage area for our flight. Made it to airport with no accidents. Was booked through limo.com.
