Used Elite limos for my wedding, and the limo we received broke down literally 5 minutes from where we needed to be. The replacement limo took an hour, making us way behind schedule, and this whole experience was the worst part of the day. The driver apologized but honestly how hard is it for limos to be thoroughly checked before sending them off to pick up clients. That's a big part of your business so do your job.

Received terrific service from William our driver. He was very accommodating and had good ideas of what to see in the city. The limo was high-quality, clean and a smooth ride. We will use Elite Limo again.
