Chevrolet Suburban SUV

Driver hit on my 23 year old employee while taking her to the airport. Completely unacceptable. I would be cautious taking this service alone as a woman.

The company contacted me, reimbursed the charges after letting me know they were horrified my employee had such an experience. The driver had already been let go for unprofessionalism. I was very impressed with their concern and follow through. I will gladly use this service again.

My first encounter with Prime Limo was back in December for a friend's birthday celebration. The addition of the limo made the whole night. My most recent experience was even more impressive! Like most boys, my 3 year old loves cars. We decided to make some memories and take him on a limo ride but Prime gave us so much more than that! They allowed us to explore inside all of the limos and the multiple other ATVs and cars onsite. It was unreal how exceptional the service was! The owner is one of the most kind people you will meet and super sincere. They facilitated a day we will never forget!
