Was not pleased at all by my service. The only good thing about it was getting dropped off at the airport. When I first called to make the appointment, the man answered his phone and tried to take all my information but then told me "I am on lunch. I will call you later." The day of the event, our driver was earlier but just rude. He was not giving good customer service. The whole ride to the airport was so awkward. We did not have fun. I was messing with the radio, just changing stations and he said "You're doing it wrong." He asked if I wanted him to pull over but I said no. He ends up pulling over anyway and keeps telling me that I am changing the stations wrong. I told him to keep driving. My bridesmaids and I noticed how things just got even more tense and weird.
It was just very unprofessional. I never even got his name. He was very rude and not nice. If I would have know this was going to happen I would have never booked with this company!
