I was grateful and impressed by the prompt and patient response to my initial online inquiry about last-minute non-emergency medical transport. The cars are beautiful and the drivers are prompt and professional. I felt safe with Kelechi, who even escorted me to check-in for my procedure so I could prove I had reliable transportation to/from the procedure. At check-in, I was informed that my pick-up time would be earlier than initially thought, so Kelechi modified my reservation to ensure prompt pick up following my procedure.
