Of all the vendors I used for my wedding, this is the one vendor that I will absolutely not recommend. In dealing with him before our wedding, he was great...he responded to calls immediately, but I should have known when I went to the office to make the payment that he was "shady' when one of his drivers told me to take a picture of the vehicle so that I know what I would get on the wedding day...after speaking to Eric, he assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I was promised the Rolls Royce Limo, a chauffeur, champagne and red carpet service, and a "Just Married" sign. On our wedding day, the limo driver showed up on time. However, he had so much difficulty in starting the car. It was not the car that I had paid for. I did not get the red carpet service. The vehicle was dirty. The driver did not know the way to the church, the AC was not working. It was only by God's grace that my father and I made it to the church (with me directing the driver). After the service...no red carpet, no champagne, no "just married" sign, and the car would not start at all...we had to find alternate transportation to the reception venue. To make matters worse...Eric would not return either mine or the wedding coordinators calls to dispute the service. When I put a dispute with American Express, he returned their call and stated that we received all the services promised and that the vehicle was working and that it was the key that did not work and he had us at our destination in 5 minutes! What lies...he is still not returning calls... I don't appreciate the lies...and I would hope that no one else will have this kind of service. Luckily for us, we had our bridesmaids car to go to the reception venue in...but no one should be cheated out of a service that they paid for. This was such a fraud...and to think that I did not even ask for a 100% refund...I only asked for 50% since we did get to the church (barely)...
Worst company ever. I really regret booking with them. At first when I called them to reserve, Erie was rude and hang up on me just because I told them I was concerned about reservation since I wanted a white limo. I should have never called back, but I did, he apologized. Since I was sick and my fiance doesn't live in Miami I try to order everything over the phone. I spoke to Erie, he sent me a nice picture of a car for bride. I agree to book with them. I requested a white limo as well. The day of my wedding they sent me a black limo. When my bridal party was about to go inside of limo, they noticed porn on TV. Thank God the kids didn't get in yet. How could the driver does such thing, he saw the kids waiting. They had to keep the kids out. The bentley they sent me was hell dirty, ugly, nothing like the car he sent me on pictures. I was so upset. Since I didn't want to be late I got in anyways. The driver had his window open because car was hot as hell. I asked for AC, he said that was the maximum it could go. My makeup was ruined by the time I got to venue in 15 minutes I was sweating. Limo of miami messed up my big day. I had to call coordinator to get me out of that piece of crap since i am pregnant and felt like i was going to faint. I didn't even want photographer and videographer and guests to see me in it since it was so ugly. I had to get out before ceremony and hide in the back of venue. The driver was rude. That was very disrespectful of them to that to me. Never never again, I don't recommend.
