8 Passenger Lincoln Stretch Limousine

I'm rarely compelled to write a review unless I encounter service "above & beyond". I recently used this company for a round trip transfer from Bolton MA to Boston Logan airport. The driver who picked me up at 5AM on my outbound trip was courteous, on time (15 minutes early!) and insisted on loading my luggage into the car. The car was comfortable, well-appointed (water, gum, mints) and the driver had some nice music on low in the background. It was a low-stress, high-satisfaction experience - I was thrilled!
Upon my return to Boston there was a bit of a snafu in that I was apparently having to now share a car out to the Western burbs. I was frustrated (super stressed & tired after a long day of travel) and conveyed this over the phone to my driver who I had called upon landing. He sensed my frustration, fixed the situation, and met me curb-side with a "can-do" attitude and even offered to stop off at a grocery store or fast food restaurant on the way home in case I was hungry! I love a company that can pivot if necessary, no excuses, and ensure that their customers are satisfied. Rare these days!
I commend this company, and in particular the driver, who picked up a cranky, hungry traveler and put her demands ahead of their own. This guy got me home in record time recognizing that this girl just needed her day to END!

Paul picked me up at Boston Logan. I wanted to change clothes before heading out so prior to meeting the car I changed clothes in the rest room. I found out when I got to my hotel I accidentally left my backpack (with my laptop!) In the ladies room. Paul, with his connections at the airport was able to locate my laptop for me , at midnight, and got it back to me just before my 9:00 am meeting. Can't thank him enough. He saved my entire trip !!!
