We recently used Michael's to take us to and from Logan for a family vacation and what a way to start a trip! Fantastic, shiny clean coach with super attentive drivers. A pure delight! Will always use them for transport from now on!!!

We used Michael's for transportation home from our vacation. Our flight was delayed about 4 hours and I was concerned if our Limo Bus would be there and it was. Since it was only transportation home from the airport I didn't care too much about how the vechile looked just that they were there. The bus could have used some TLC, so i'm not sure if I would rent it for an evening out, but for what I need it was perfect.
I delt a few times with the owner Michael both via email and phone. He was polite, could have been a bit more professional, but all in all it was a good experience.

I would recommend Michaels for airport transportation.
