An unbelievably poor experience that ended with our bus crashing.
I rented a 24 person limo bus for my bachelor party and within 20 minutes of being picked up the bus had died 4 times on the road. Basically every time it stopped at a light, it died. Also, on a 90 degree day the "AC" was blowing warm air.
Between these two things I was forced to tell the driver to skip a stop at the airport to pick up friends and instead go straight to our destination (I had little faith it could make it all the way to the airport). On the way to our destination, the brakes went out and the driver had to veer off the road....until the bus ended up running directly into a brick wall at the entrance to a subdivision. We had crashed.
Police and firemen showed up and after about 30 minutes we were allowed to retrieve our bags from the bus. We then walked the last several blocks to our destination (our luggage in hand). The company later sent a second bus to pick us up but it was smaller and of a much lower quality.
I waited a few days, expecting the owner to call with an apology but he never did. Finally I reached out to him...be barely took any responsibility for what happened, and scoffed at the idea of refunding anything more than 20% of what I'd paid. It turns out this wasn't even enough to pay for the cab fare that my friends had to incur because we couldn't pick them up from the airport.
I just want to thank Kool Nites For the great time we had at the Kenny Chesney Concert. It was pouring down rain that day and we where still able to enjoy it. We cranked up the radio and jammed out and danced away on the Yellow Sub bus. Our driver was very cool. Looking forward to booking it again for the upcoming Pink concert!!
The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud is an automobile produced by Rolls-Royce from April 1955 to March 1966. It was the core model of the Rolls-Royce range during that period. The Silver Cloud replaced the Silver Dawn and was, in turn, replaced by the Silver Shadow. The J. P. Blatchley design was a major change from the pre-war models and the highly derivative Silver Dawn. As part of a range rationalisation the Bentley S1 is very similar, apart from its radiator grill. This particular vehicle is our newest addition to the fleet and was acquired in November 2016. It has right-hand drive and red leather interior.
