WHITE CHRYSLER 300 LIMOUSINE

Had a TERRIBLE experience with AFG limo on Saturday April 22 in Corona, CA. My son in law to be had arranged for a limo to pick up the wedding party and transport them to their venue and they were to do provide additional return trips to get the rest of the party (mother and father of the bride, 85 year old grandmother of the bride, officiant, and several others) and they FAILED TO SHOW UP!!!!. We got a call from the first party when they were dropped off (2:35pm) so we made our way to the bottom of the hill and stood outside in the 90+ degree heat in our wedding clothes on a dusty country road so that we would be ready to go quickly when he arrived. We called the dispatcher and tried to call the driver after waiting for 20 minutes (the ride shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes to make. We continued to wait until 3:05pm and finally decided we had to drive ourselves. Fortunately we had a couple of cars who could make the trip. All along the way we looked for evidence of the limo and saw no one. He surely wasn't lost because he had made the first trip successfully so he knew where it was. He just didn't show up. He didn't want to make the drive down the dusty country road. SHAME ON HIM and shame on the management for refusing to make this right. Fortunately for us, this was the only bad part of our wonderful wedding celebration. Signed the Father of the Bride.

Driver was supposed to pick us up at 1045 pm in Newport Beach we called and they say they are half hour away !! They didn't show up till over an hour later we were standed and freezing cold!! David made no attempt to resolve the situation and even kept a friends coat cause we didn't tip them! We had to have the police get involved to get our friends coat back. I would not recommend or use them again!
