Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! They agreed to a 5pm cancellation policy over the phone, yet when I went to cancel with plenty of time before the agreed deadline they flipped out at me and yelled at me, stating my money would not be refunded. After a few long minutes of elevated voices, I got hung up on and immediately charged a massive fee. They are liars who are out to make money at anyones expense. I Will never consider this service for me or anyone I know ever again.
I called them around 10 pm the night before arriving to SFO. They were very helpful over the phone. I did not want to book online since I was cutting it so close.
