The Tesla Model S is a full-sized, 5-door luxury, fully electric sedan, produced by Tesla Motors. The Tesla S is the first Electric Car that we have added to our fleet. It combines sleek lines and a luxurious interior, with an environmentally friendly alternative to a typical gas engine. Here at SF Coach, we are always looking for ways to decrease our carbon footprint and the Tesla offers us a way to do that.
I called them around 10 pm the night before arriving to SFO. They were very helpful over the phone. I did not want to book online since I was cutting it so close. They helped me on booking my reservation also. We arrived to sfo the next morning. Everything went as smooth as can be. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. Thank you!
Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! They agreed to a 5pm cancellation policy over the phone, yet when I went to cancel with plenty of time before the agreed deadline they flipped out at me and yelled at me, stating my money would not be refunded. After a few long minutes of elevated voices, I got hung up on and immediately charged a massive fee. They are liars who are out to make money at anyones expense. I Will never consider this service for me or anyone I know ever again.
