Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! They agreed to a 5pm cancellation policy over the phone, yet when I went to cancel with plenty of time before the agreed deadline they flipped out at me and yelled at me, stating my money would not be refunded. After a few long minutes of elevated voices, I got hung up on and immediately charged a massive fee. They are liars who are out to make money at anyones expense. I Will never consider this service for me or anyone I know ever again.
I called them around 10 pm the night before arriving to SFO. They were very helpful over the phone. I did not want to book online since I was cutting it so close. They helped me on booking my reservation also. We arrived to sfo the next morning. Everything went as smooth as can be. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. Thank you!
The Rolls Royce Phantom and Ghost executive limousines are our most comfortable sedans and offer lots of room for up to 3 adults as well as 2 large bags and a couple of carry on luggage. Great for both a night on South Beach or a stylish and hassle free ride to and from the Miami International Airport. If you have never experienced any of the Rolls Royce Motor Coaches (their definition) then the best definition would be a mix of modern and contemporary interior styling and a supremely plush ride on even the worst of anything Miami’s roads have to offer. Some notable amenities also include an entertainment center with individual controls in the front and rear resembling more that of a private jet than a sedan. The V12 twin turbocharged engine also provides ample power to move its stately weight around town. Quite simply the spacious interior and flawless fit and finish set these limos apart.
