Epic went above and beyond to meet our needs for a recent SF beer tour. They (Irwin and our driver, Alex?) were flexible, accommodating and even friendly (this is often lost in SF) in doing so.
To start, I received a quick response to my Yelp message inquiry and a link to book at the quoted price. The booking process was easy and allowed me to add specific stops for our Beer Tour.
My experience with Epic was excellent, I would highly recommend them for their: quality, trustworthiness, reliability, communication and customer service.
Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful & communicative. They were available late into the evening to answer questions and help reserve the bus. Not only was the service wonderful, but this was the most inexpensive option I found!
Our driver, Eddie, was very friendly and accommodating- he allowed us to extend our bus for 3 hours after our initial request.
They provided wifi, champagne and water on the bus.
Would absolutely recommend them, and will definitely be using this company again soon.
Do your traveling needs require more space BUT you don’t want to sacrifice comfort or luxury? Look no further than our GMC Yukon XL. It’s easily able to accommodate up to 7 passengers and luggage. Perfect for small groups to get around town in, it has an incredible comfortable ride. Just watch out, the ultra-soft seats will make it difficult for you to want to leave them.
