I hired Eagle for an airport pickup. The driver was very professional but the vehicle was an old beater that didn't seem to be very well maintained (for example the brakes squealed loudly at every stoplight). I'll look for another service that instills a little more confidence next time.

We used Eagle-Odyssey Limousine Service recently for transportation to and from Mineta San Jose Inter'l Airport. Our party consisted of 5 adults and one infant with a car seat and A LOT of bulky luggage. We needed to leave Concord by 4am on a Friday morning. Our driver, Adrian, was the best! He called me the evening before to confirm that his arrival time would be 10 minutes before our scheduled 4am departure. He helped get the car seat securely fastened, along with all the luggage. Adrian was a great sport about the early pick-up time and was incredibly respectful and friendly. A week later, Adrian picked us up in San Jose when we returned from our trip to Kauai and delivered us home safely.
