My wife and I organized the wedding. But I forgot to order a limo as it was summer, unfortunately all the limos were busy that day. But I`m in my purse, found a business card of this company limousine. Because they have a lot of limousines, they were able to provide us with a nice limousine for our wedding.The Manager was very sociable. I enjoyed it very much. I am a sociable person and we found a common language. Inside the limousine is very beautiful, all the guests loved it. The driver is also excellent. From first contact while planning until our last employee was dropped off for the evening everything was wonderful. We booked the party bus for 30 people and only 15 of our employees rode on the bus.

Our Driver Paul was very professional! We had a lot of fun on the way to our event and back.
The multiple drop offs and pick ups was no problem for Paul.

Terms & Conditions

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 48 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  1 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.
