We used this service for a last minute weekend trip to Napa. The limo arrived on time and was stocked with soda, water, ice, champagne and a sufficient number of cups for our outing. I loved the convenience of having our vehicle waiting for us nearby while we got tipsy "winery hopping." Our driver Singh was polite and courteous.... he also didn't complain about our singing on the drive back to SF lol.
I book them fairly last minute for a ride to the cruise terminal. They were great. Got me a quote right away. They called the morning of to see if we wanted to leave a little early because of traffic. Car was clean. Driver was friendly. We will definitely use them again.
