7 Passenger SUV- Chevrolet Suburban

This was an incredibly harrowing experience trying to coordinate a pricey trip with this company. They were uncommunicative, never connected me with the driver to make reservations or go over the day's plan, and were incredibly rude and unprofessional at all points of contact. Our group of 6 was forced to cancel the reservation two days before the trip because we still had not heard from anyone. Also be advised that their "advised" tip is in fact compulsory, and management does not allow you to book unless you agree to a 20% fee.

P.S. - Really great hold music to get into for up to ten minutes on every call.

Absolutely loved this tour. Our driver was very knowledgeable. The limo bus was very nice. We stopped to see a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge, then enjoyed mimosas and a tray of light breakfast foods. All 4 wineries were very nice, and it was a nice amount of time at each one. Sandwiches provided for lunch were very good, bigger than I expected. 4 wineries was the perfect amount - any more and I would have had too much wine. :) Highly recommend this tour! We will surely do it again someday!

BEWARE... what they tell you on the phone/on line is not what you get. I expected going to name wineries instead i went to places that didn't have that great of wines. I would never use them again was not impressed with what we received. $800,00 for 2 people and you had to buy your own tastings. The wine train we thought would take us to wineries on the train and that didn't happen. Again i felt we got false information on what we were getting...When I called to share this they said sorry not our fault call the other company...
