I am really reluctant to give a business a bad review but Mt Pleasant Shuttle deserves one. It was supposed to pick us for a 5 pm wedding at 4:15. By 4:40 they still hadn't arrived despite numerous calls to the dispatcher who assured us they were just 2-3 minutes away. She was lying. They never showed! Fortunately, some other guests saw us and were able to give two of us a ride. The rest of my party finally gave up and drove arriving after the ceremony had begun.
This is one of, if not the most professional company I've ever dealt with.
The drivers are great, always early, friendly and professional.
