I am really reluctant to give a business a bad review but Mt Pleasant Shuttle deserves one. It was supposed to pick us for a 5 pm wedding at 4:15. By 4:40 they still hadn't arrived despite numerous calls to the dispatcher who assured us they were just 2-3 minutes away. She was lying. They never showed! Fortunately, some other guests saw us and were able to give two of us a ride. The rest of my party finally gave up and drove arriving after the ceremony had begun.
This is one of, if not the most professional company I've ever dealt with.
The drivers are great, always early, friendly and professional.
Other limo companies in Kansas City only wish they had a trolley like this - Vintage Style San Francisco seating in solid oak and leather U-shaped wrap around seating in the rear. The music is available through radio or a CD player and hook ups are our standard. The climate control allows you to enjoy the day no matter what the weatherman sends us. It accommodates 26 companions and promises a unique and satisfying trip. The design allows for many options including kids' birthday parties - just hire a clown and get everyone together. Food and drink is permitted. So it's a lot more fun than renting another dining room at a pizza place. Then, take them to the zoo, or science museum, whatever they enjoy most.
