Fantastic service! Mr. Mackie took excellent care of me on my recent trip to NOLA. I was traveling alone this year and he made me feel safe and secure from the airport to my hotel in the French Quarter. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of NOLA and a pleasure to talk with during the ride. I would highly recommend Mackie at Bonomolo :)
Bonomolo transportation was the best! i was nervous at the beginning since i have never hired a transportation company but Missy at the office explained all the details needed. She was patient with me with all the changes i requested. To be able to make my wedding more affordable i arranged a limo transfer from my hotel downtown to my wedding at City Park. I was afraid the 20 minute deadline to get to the limo was going to be a problem but the drivers were so kind, polite and helpful. They waited as one of the bridesmaids was a bit late. i also hired a shuttle from the hotel to City Park for all guests. I am so pleased with this company, i highly recommend it.
This company is first class all the way. We just used them last night for my daughter's wedding and I could not have been more pleased. Due to a miscommunication on my part, my daughter and I found ourselves without a limo for her wedding just two days before the ceremony. In a panic, I called Bonolomo, They answered the phone very politely and were just really nice people. I was impressed with them right away. The price they quoted me was very competitive. They didn't try to jack up the fee because I was calling last minute and was in a bind. And since they had so many positive online reviews from different websites, I decided to go with them. I went with my gut on this one and boy am I glad I did!! The whole experience was wonderful.

Needed to book transportation for my boss and decided to go with Bonomolo due to the great reviews. However, my first impression was not a great one when discussing my needs with Susan on my initial phone call. Susan was cold and not necessarily friendly, qualities you don't expect from someone in a customer service role. I specifically asked whether they had luxury sedans, because it's my boss' preference and her only request (no SUVs). Again, Susan's response was far from customer service friendly, but she confirmed they had luxury sedans and that they could certainly accommodate me. My ONE request was that they send a luxury sedan for both of my rides. I'm not sure why, but that didn't happen and my boss was picked up in an SUV! It's incredibly disappointing when your ONE request is promised and then not honored. 3 stars only because the drivers were professional, on time and friendly.
