A 50th birthday trip for 8 girls flying in NoLa used Riverbend. Our driver "Roger" met us at baggage claim with a Happy Birthday sign! We walked a short bit to the parking garage where the Limo was parked. The Limo was stocked with anything you wanted to drink! We started the party with music and champagne! I recently used Alert Transportation for a group trip to New Orleans and Carnival cruise to Cozumel Mexico. I hired the 25 passenger min-bus for our three transfers (airport, cruise port, airport) and added a city tour for our group of 18 travelers. Each experience with this company was FIRST CLASS!! Our three drivers were very timely and extremely professional. My group had children, adults and a person with mobility issues and Alert handled us exceptionally on each transfer. We also scheduled a 3-hour city tour upon our return to New Orleans prior to our transfer to the airport. Gary, our driver and tour guide was exceptional! His knowledge of New Orleans history (to include Hurricane Katrina facts) was amazing. Then entire experience from scheduling to our final drop-off at the airport was flawless!! I would use them again and again without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The driver was early, friendly and held up a sign so he could find us in the hotel lobby. And when we weren't quite ready, he patiently waited. Couldn't have been more happy, we had a great time riding around in the Limobus. One of the favorite parts of our wedding was the limobus ride with the entire bridal party from the church to the reception; we had a blast! This car is built to Cadillac specifications, including factory 17” chrome rims, original “White Diamond” pearl white paint, and a strong identifiable emblem. The interior features an exciting and elegant fiber-optic lighting setup in and around the bar and ceiling, the back plate of the bar, and the partition are covered in a mirror/twilight backing that is very romantic. There is a 15” flat screen TV mounted on the partition, a 9”flat screen mounted mid-vehicle on the passenger side, and a 9” T.V. mounted toward the driver side rear of the vehicle. All three flat screens are connected to a DVD player and play through our state-of-the-art, custom made stereo system featuring three 12” kicker” sub-woofers, powered by a 1,000-watt amplifier and a separate 600 watt amplifier for the “Blaupunkt” speakers on the interior.
