REAL EXCALBUR

• The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
• The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
• The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
• The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
• Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
• Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
• Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
• Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
• In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.
• Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

• 100% refund if canceled 30 days before the trip.
• 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the run.
• If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
• No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 500.00 .
• Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

• No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

• 100% refund if canceled  30 days before the trip.
• 50 % refund if canceled  7 days before the trip.
• If canceled less than 48 hours before the trip:
• No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 1000.00 .
• Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

• No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

• 100% refund if canceled  120 days before the trip.
• 50 % refund if canceled  30 days before the trip.
• If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
• No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 2000.00 .
• Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

• No refund in case of a no-show.
