18 Passenger Ford Excursion

I have used limo services in the past and for the most part they were always adequate, but recently I had two events that were of special concern. After calling around for the first which was picking up my wife on her last day of work before retiring from 37 years employment, I chose Total Image. It required taking me there, waiting while I surprised her with flowers, video taping the departure and good byes, and taking us home. Without being asked he pulled up in front and helped create a grand exit. Couldn't have been more perfect. The second was a drop off and pick up at Detroit Metro for a trip to Hawaii with another couple, one of which was a childhood friend of 58 years who had recently gone through a serious surgery. Again, the care and thoughtfulness of the service and driver couldn't have been better. Total Image in my choice from now on. Great job.
