Porsche Cayenne Hybrid

Our company is based in NYC but we had executive meeting in San Fran. I did some research and found 5 emerald limo. My exec. did not have much time to get to the airport and the pick up location was in a huge development. I called FEL and they found me a very nice SUV with Michele as his driver. She called me and my exec., she was easy to talk to and arrived earlier to location. She picked him on quickly and got him to airport in now. This was was extremel helpful she also let me know when he was in the car and when he was dropped off. This level of service goes very far! And is so hard to find. It helped him make his flight and prevent him waiting in the airport for 6 hours. Thank you so much! I highly

Used Five Emerald for airport pickup from and to San Francisco Airport and was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the drivers both ways. Would definitely use them again if I travel to San Francisco. I didn't mind that the gratuity was included up front in the pricing because it meant I wasn't fumbling for cash. The only problem was that the driver who dropped us off at the airport didn't know that Alaska Airlines domestic flights were at a different terminal; I think he was confused or uninformed because Alaska had recently changed terminals and the airport signage was confusing (we weren't the only couple who were at the wrong terminal for that reason.)

Five Emerald Limousine is wonderful and affordable. I would hire them again or happily refer them to a friend in a heart beat. Calm, cool and collected are words that come to mind when I think about how to describe them.

Being semi experienced in wine country tours, I decided to offer up a tour to my family visiting San Francisco for the week. This company was exactly what we were looking for to haul us around carefree and able to spit, sip or drink to our contentment.

I called about five days in advance, to reserve the car, and spoke with a very friendly woman on the other end, who took the reservation without an exact pick up location. She was unbelievable patient and friendly! The next day, we gave her the rest of the information she needed (credit card to officially reserve the car and addresses to be picked up and dropped off at, in San Francisco).

The driver, Mike, was exactly on time. He was polite, an excellent driver, and always there ready and waiting to meet us or pick is up through out the entire seven hours we booked. Communication was easy. Riding with this driver was smooth.

What else can I say? Not much else. Book them... ; ) You'll be pleased.
