I booked Welcome Limousine last minute for my nephew's prom for 10 people. Ismael was wonderful to deal with. The hours I was requesting were a bit off the traditional blocks that people rent, so I was nervous about him booking a longer job and not showing up since we did everything over email. Not only did Ismael send Abraham, a completely professional driver but he was early and extremely patient considering he was dealing with 10 teenagers. The limo was great, clean and accomodated everyone. Thank you so much!

They were on time, had great communication, were very flexible with us, treated us SO well and we would use them again in a heartbeat!
