our bus driver did take a smoke break while we were trying to leave which was kind of unprofessional. however the bus came with champagne, cups, paper towel & ice so it was extremely convenient, also very very good value!
The service was great with Ann Arbor party bus - the driver was very nice and the bus itself was great. The only downside was that the bus was smaller than expected. I would have still used this company but would have opted for a larger bus if I would have known up front.
