Cadillac Escalade ESV - SUV

UPDATE: 12/17 - the owner (Ronnie) called me to discuss my initial review. He was genuinely concerned that I had a mediocre experience and asked for more detail and another chance. I am happy to report that my 2nd ride was fantastic. Gorgeous, brand new Cadillac Escalade, the driver was courteous and professional. Our trip to the airport was as smooth and enjoyable as it could be. We have already booked the round trip pickup and plan to continue using this service. Thank you Ronnie!

We used Black Crown limo for our wedding. From the onset, communication with Ronnie was so easy, courteous, and professional. Ronnie met with us to show us the limo we were interested in using, so that we can estimate the space we will have for our bridal party. He discussed pricing, our itinerary, and was accomodating of special requests. On the day of the wedding, the original Cadillac Escalade we agreed on was not available, which was even better because we got a more spacious Hummer instead. Drivers were polite and thoughtful, and most importantly, got us to our ceremony, pictures, and reception safely and on time.

Aloha! We recently arrived from HNL and reserved a ride to a residence in Jersey City. I have to say that the communications between us, the dispatch and the driver were polite and professional. Our driver was very professional throughout the whole trip. The vehicle used was a Chevy Surburban and it was clean inside and out. The driver was quick, efficient and safe. The rate was also competitive with other companies and worth it. We plan to use Black Crown as our go-to transport service for our upcoming trips. Mahalo to Black Crown!

Used this service this past weekend when in town for a wedding. Flavio was waiting for us at the baggage claim and took 5 of us into the city. Flavio was also the one to take us back to the airport yesterday. Clean car, great service.

Not the cheapest way to get into the city, but would definitely use them again if needed.

It's not practical to carry three suitcase on a business trip and not use a car service. If you have 3 people and 9 luggage, the SUV option is the way to go for about $170 including all tax, tolls, fees, and tip. I love subways and cutting through traffic, but to get to any airport, I recommend considering car service. My main priority is always to not miss my flight.

It was on-time and the service was good.

That's all I want in a car service, so 5 stars.
