This past weekend my friends and I rode on the 15 passenger party bus. I was so impressed with the exceptional service and how nice the bus was set up. All my friends were happy and amazed!!! All of us felt as if what we paid was well worth it. The sound system worked great. You could play your own music or use the music they already had downloaded. The bus came with ice, mixers, cups, napkins, and a fancy trash can built in the wall. The chairs were set up nicely with tables with cup holders along with an open area in the back where you could stand or dance. The driver sky was so friendly and accommodating. He went way beyond in his service. I will recommend this company to friends and use them again!

We needed transportation for the wedding party & family from our hotel in Waikiki to the ceremony/reception in Hawaii Kai & back. We wanted something that was big enough for all 20 of us but, we also wanted to ride in style & class. After calling around, we decided that Luxury Limo Hawaii had the best to offer with their brand new limo buses & affordable pricing. On the day of the event, our chauffeur Francis arrived early & greeted everyone with a smile. He looked sharp too in his grey suit! Once everyone entered the limo bus we were all very impressed with how clean & stylish the interior looked. The ride was very comfortable & we even had a variety of complimentary chilled drinks! We arrived at Bayer Estates in style & ready to get the party started!

I messed up our reservations for our 25th Anniversary but Chen was there for the rescue. I had conversed with him from Seoul, S. Korea for a couple days before we arrived. Got my dates wrong due to us coming from Korea and crossing the international date zone. Turns out, my reservation was a day later than our arrival but Chen figured out how to take care of us in 'Gangnam style!'

Chen of Luxury Limo made our Isoshima Ohana reunion a success by transporting us in style & safely to our different stops.
Chen was patient, kind and so accommodating!
Our Ohana was impressed by the comfortable ride. We enjoyed being together on the bus continuing our celebration and leaving the driving in Chen's capable hands.
We were sad to leave the bus at the end of the night. Using Luxury Limo was the greatest decision we made.

I'll get straight to the point. For all of you seeking luxurious wedding transportation, don't hesitate with this business. Chen provided outstanding service for my wedding and is a true professional. They checked in with me hours before the wedding and provided updates leading up to the actual pickup time. I was confident I was in good hands. Rennie was the assigned driver and he was a cool, calm, and collected guy. LLH's BMW 750 was likely the most premium package off the lot and we were very happy riding in it. Chen, thank you for being one of my most responsible wedding vendors. Keep up the quality service! LLH will be my go to luxury transit service of Oahu.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 15 % of the fare.
Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 15 % of the fare.
The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.
Tips are optional. 15 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

100% refund if canceled 12 hours before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 24 hours before the run.
If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

100% refund if canceled 1 days before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

100% refund if canceled 2 weeks before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.
