The only good thing I have to say is that our driver was on time. The outside of the limo was scratched and dented. The inside of the limo was very dirty, outdated and the stereo system hardly worked. Thankfully we were able to hid the limo in the back of the venue while we wanted to enter...no one had to see us get out of it.

I worked with Cardinal Transportation to arrange the getaway transportation for a couple's wedding on May 27th, 2017. They were easy to work with, competitively priced, and their service was high-end. The driver arrived promptly and helped us load the couple's things into the car. The vintage Rolls Royce was in wonderful condition and looked stunning for photographs. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation in Columbus.
Very bad service, the driver left the key inside the limo and the limo got locked with engine running. We were 20 min late for our own wedding ceremony!! We lost time on our photo session!! We never got an apology or any refund, And on top of that the company wanted to blame on us. Very poor costumer service!
