The ride was great but I have called twice now trying to get a receipt, they won't take down my info, just keep telling me to call back later because they haven't processed it yet.
That is no way to run a business. Don't use them if you need a receipt.

The trip to LB Spumoni Gardens in Gravesend Brooklyn took no time at all to get to and the drive was extremely smooth. No one had motion sickness. Mike knew exactly how to get to the restaurant and delivered us on time to our party. The bus was decked with water bottles, cups. Air conditioned. Cool. We brought our own Wine. The bathroom was clean, the dance floor was solid. The lights could flash multicolor's but I requested one color for the trip and we got it. Sound system was superb and easy to use with a DVD. (As it was march madness, we made a suggestion to stream live coverage of the basketball games onto the many flat screens thru wifi that's on the bus, if you're not watching a movie. I think many people would even be willing to pay a little extra for sports packages, plus the music if available.)

Having never rented a party bus before I was not sure what to expect, and it was fantastic. Showed up on time, extremely clean and comfortable. There were only 12 of us on a bus for 24 so it felt extra spacious, of course. Bar stocked with water and ice and we were easily able to link in to the sound system. Copilot was super friendly and welcoming.
We were a bachelorette party and had them take us to the Mermaid Parade in Coney Island. The driver managed to sweet talk us literally on to the parade route! So we basically had our own personal space and bathroom etc whenever we needed it. Driver and copilot were extremely accommodating on the way home when we asked if we could drop off some extra stuff at the bride-to-be's house before reaching our final destination nearby.

Awful- booked a limo for Saturday. Confirmed Sat afternoon. Car never even showed up. When we called, after being on hold for 10 minute, told "the driver had an accident" by now it was 30 minutes past the pickup time and no one had even called. Never, ever use this company. Would give less than one star if I could.

Never even got to step a foot onto their their transportation, and don't intend on doing so. These self proclaimed "pros" answered an inquiry with attitude, and even after I stated that I'm definitely up for negotiating, they suggested I go to another company to find a "charity charter". Disgusting, appalling attitude, and no one deserves to be treated like this.
