No air condition. Driver was rude. Did not drop us off where he was suppose to. Old limosine that had no aux cord. No refreshments.
This company is very professional. Their customer service is excellent. The text message from the driver was waiting for me as soon as my flight had landed. Driver was very professional. Can't recommend them enough.
Worst experience ever. I would have rather taken a 4 hour bike ride than a 30 minute drive with this company. The limo was outdated with no AC. It was a hot summer day and temperatures easily rose to 100 degrees in the car. The limo driver was mute and closed the back window when we were trying to talk to him. Very rude. Stay away.
Go for New York City charter bus companies that give you a wide selection of vehicles, this way you get what you really need instead of settling for second best. This also helps you ensure that you only pay for the type of vehicle that could accommodate you and your group. For example, why should you pay for a 49-PASSENGER COACH when you only have 36 people in your group?
