My family has used this company for several years now. We do the airport drop off and pickup often as my husband travels often for business, and we also use them for family vacations. They provide a clean safe car seat that is installed correctly when needed. The service is perfect every time and they always arrive 15 minutes early. Drivers are always courteous and polite. We had Vlad drive us to the airport this morning and he was wonderful! I recommend this company, and will continue to use them!
Excellent service at a reasonable rate! I used VIP Limos for my wedding in March 2017. Booking a limo was very simple. The customer service rep was very friendly and polite. On my wedding day, the driver was a gentlemen. He was great with timing and handling my requests. The limo was luxurious, the ride was smooth and the experience was pleasant. I just had a horrible experience with this company. Yes they were on time but they tried to charge me 75% more than yellow taxi! When I said it was over priced they responded 'why does it matter your company is paying for it'. They should not be taking advantage of business travelers and I will never use this service again. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.
