We recently used TransGate to go back and forth from IAH Airport to Galveston for a cruise. When we arrived to Houston, our driver was well-dressed and clearly visible with our name on an iPad. The SUV had plenty of room for all of our bags.
When we came off our cruise ship in Galveston, we got through customs earlier than expected, so I called the company and they had a vehicle there within minutes. Again, a very positive experience.
I have been using Kids on the Go for a year. Although i'm usually satisfied with the service that they offer, one of the drivers are grouchy and he does not turn his air conditioning on in his van. However, drivers like Mr William is kind and offers great advice. I hope the unnamed driver can be kinder to his customers in the future.
Have used this limo service for all our cruises from Hobby to Galveston. Now part of our cruising experience. Punctuality & Service has always been outstanding. We don't look for other limos cheaper if there are any. Visiting with John Q is always a hoot.

We took a dodge challenger, stretched it 26 inches and built custom jet doors, with automatic motors for opening and closing… it is totally awesome! The interior is put together better than the factory! (Let’s just say it is Lamborghini quality) It is very easy to get in and out of and with the extra 26-inch leg room; four basketball players can go out in this car and be comfortable. The supercharger has not yet been installed but we will install upon purchase if you so desire. This car is in mint condition and has never been abused.
