Overall I had a very good experience. The pick up from the airport to the hotel couldn't have been more smooth. They were a bit late when they picked us up from the cruise ship terminal going back to the airport, but that wasn't the issue... when I called to find out about the shuttle, the lady on the phone was very rude and told me to "just wait".
I understand things happen when having to pick up multiple people l, but just let your waiting customers know, in case of the potential of missing their flight. Both drivers were excellent though! It was only the customer service representative that I had a problem with. Overall, I would use them again!

I had a great experience with Galveston Shuttle on my way back to the island from IAH. The driver came on time, was very courteous, and drove me home safely. Bonus: he had no one else to pick up, so I got a straight shot home.

The price is unbeatable (register in advance online!) and beats leaving your car at the airport by a long shot!

We had Galveston Limousine pick us up from Houston and drive us down to Galveston. Service was great - driver entertaining. Good conversation. Driver was on time with excellent communication.

Let me start from the beginning. We had a large group going on the cruise, we used Galveston Limousine picking up the 12 of us at the air port to take us to Galveston to our hotels. We unfortunately were not able to stay at the same hotel, but that was ok with them, as they were able to accommodate dropping us off at a hotel 5 miles away.
