Aloha! We recently arrived from HNL and reserved a ride to a residence in Jersey City. I have to say that the communications between us, the dispatch and the driver were polite and professional. Our driver was very professional throughout the whole trip. The vehicle used was a Chevy Surburban and it was clean inside and out. The driver was quick, efficient and safe. Could not have been better! My family flew in from the mid-west, and they were greeted immediately and professionally and whisked out on their way to the cruise port. On their return they were a little early and they adjusted their timing to ensure my relatives did not have to wait around at the port.
