UPDATE: 12/17 - the owner (Ronnie) called me to discuss my initial review. He was genuinely concerned that I had a mediocre experience and asked for more detail and another chance. I am happy to report that my 2nd ride was fantastic. Gorgeous, brand new Cadillac Escalade, the driver was courteous and professional. Our trip to the airport was as smooth and enjoyable as it could be. We have already booked the round trip pickup and plan to continue using this service. Thank you Ronnie!

Aloha! We recently arrived from HNL and reserved a ride to a residence in Jersey City. I have to say that the communications between us, the dispatch and the driver were polite and professional. Our driver was very professional throughout the whole trip. The vehicle used was a Chevy Surburban and it was clean inside and out. The driver was quick, efficient and safe. The rate was also competitive with other companies and worth it. We plan to use Black Crown as our go-to transport service for our upcoming trips. Mahalo to Black Crown!

Could not have been better! My family flew in from the mid-west, and they were greeted immediately and professionally and whisked out on their way to the cruise port. On their return they were a little early and they adjusted their timing to ensure my relatives did not have to wait around at the port. My family said once again, they were professionally handled and on their way. The vehicles were spotless and very comfortable. The drivers were very courteous and personable. My relatives said they will absolutely use them again next time they are in town.

I just adopted a puppy and needed a car to take me back into the city. The wonderful driver couldn't have been better. Very polite and kind. The trip and driver were excellent. A plus all around.
