Always on time. Vehicle clean. Drivers courteous. Always use their service when visiting NY.
Their customer service is outstanding -- I had to make a few changes to my reservation, and they responded quickly and efficiently, keeping in communication regularly as well. Our driver was early, and I received a text letting me know where he was. He was super nice, and the car was spotless and very comfortable. I also felt that it was a reasonable price, particularly having compared to other companies.
I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!
Standard Caravans offer comfortable and safe rides to the airport or even a destination of your choice. Our Caravan is perfect for a family, or any group of up to 5 passengers, and of course our caravan can hold a moderate amount of luggage too. This is a great car for executives and business travelers that do not want to draw attention to themselves like a limousine will do.
